Pretty great

I like the melody, it sounds so great and mystical. The song also consists two different parts, not a very big change though, but one can hear the difference. Nice percussion but I think you could have used something else than clapping as "snare". Awesome that you are experimenting with solos!

I still like Moonlight of Dawn better because of its excellent melody. Actually I would give it (MoD) 10 points now if I could change my review!

BallinFatty responds:

AWESOME!! another 10

thanks for the review and 9.

about the percussion. the drum kit i used on that didnt have any good loud snares. i used 3 other snares throughout the original beat, but the clap was loudest so i used it as the main snare. if you listen closely, you should be able to hear the other snares. but that doesnt matter all that much. anyways, i'm glad you enjoyed it, and yes, solos are getting a lot easier for me now

thanks again

Great Vocals

This isn't really my genre, but I can still hear that this is of quality. This sounded just like something I could have heard on the radio (and that's positive right?)

Great vocals!

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

haha, yeah...its positive. Thank you for the review, especially since this isn't your genre. Very much appreciated.\m/

Nostalgia

I like some of the melodies, and me being a fan of 8-bit things boosts the score a bit. However, I think you could have built some more on it and expanded the melodies a bit more. It shouldn't end that fast.

Not funny

The only good thing about this song is the guitar, which is in fact not very good either compared to average guitar skill. I wouldn't call this a song since it's just a fuzzy guitar and some talking.

Its called distortion.

Funky, Groovy, Awesome!

It starts very promising, and soon I felt like moving to the funky rhythms and bass! :D This is a very nice piece of music!

The bass and drums were awesome, but I felt the piano melody could be even more excellent. However, you deserve the 10 points I'm giving you now!

Hacsev responds:

Yes, the piano could use some more work. Thanks for the review! :D

Failed

What can I say? This lacks creativity, melody and listening value completely. There is not much good to say about this song.

Pitch Change

This reminded me of Sunday Bloody Sunday by U2! Awesome melody and I liked the presets used. As I've said before, the only thing that keeps this song away from ten is that it's only one melody through the whole song. I liked the pitch change though!

BallinFatty responds:

hey thanks. y'know the whole attempt at the 8 bit beginning i got from you, after i listened to your track, "iron pillar" i decided i'd try an 8 bit sorta thing. didnt work out so i finished it up modernized. and yes, the pitch change was the highlight of the whole song. that was a beast

anyways, i'm really glad you enjoyed it. thanks for the review and 9, and i'll try to get better at seperating the melodies from each other

Mute City

I recognized it, it's Mute City. Not very good though.

Awesome!

You're a Genius!

Read this.

I don't have anything specific to say, just: Gr3at S0ng! It would work nice as an ambient in a game. However, as I said on my last review, you should add another melody.

BallinFatty responds:

thanks

i didnt realize you reviewed this one either

i'm glad you enjoyed it tho, and thanks again for the review and 9
