[Embracing Arrival]

Interesting

I like all the different instruments, nice variety! I didn't like the melody as much as in many if your previous songs, but a nice try. This song has a somewhat chinese and dreamy melody style or what I should call it, which is interesting. I haven't got much more to say, other than keep it up!

the semi-dreamy (in my opinion) is what i was aiming for. not much as chinese in my eyes, the sound yes, but the melody, i can hear it

Interesting!

This one was strange, but I liked it. All the "instrumetns" put together sounded a bit acid-ish and exotic. Wouldn't really call it a drum'n'bass though. Great beat variations... You could have tried to expand the song, put on some new themes, a chorus or something.

Really great

Good to hear something with so much variation from you! I liked the drums and the deep and suitable bass. The guitar was nice. Cool melody change at 02:24! Great song!

[DXM - A Day Like Yesterday]

Awesome in a strange way

This is a very creative and interesting piece of music. The main guitar riff is cheerful and nice, and every background song (humming sounds etc.) made the song very good. There is something about this song that makes it good, I wouldn't listen to it normally (like I do with some of your other songs, Buckley's Cough Syrup, Enigma F30, Stop Making Sense etc. ) but I think it could serve very well accompanied by a video, slideshow or something like that. A Very moody song. Excellent!

[Animosity]

Decent song!

Cool song, has a good tension feeling or what I should call it. I think you could have change the bass sometimes instead of having it so repetitive. I've definitely heard better from you, and definitely worse.

the only thing i changed in the bass was the pitch. other than that it was 2 differnet alternaty basslines

Horse

When I hear this song, I can see Siddharta riding on his horse out of the castle, abandoning his life in luxury to seek the truth.

A very sad song, but in a good way. One of my DXM favorites so far! Unlike anything I've heard from you before! Keep it up.

[Escaping the Daily Routine]

Weird but nice

Strange but very calming. The jazz percussion was awesome, and good climax at the end with the choir! In my opinion, the melody loses a bit of its power towards the second half of the song, so some more variety would have prevented that. But overall a good song, better than many of the others good songs I've heard from you!

Thanks a lot for such a nice review, i think i might add some lead synths in the 2nd part... It's too empty compared to the fullness of the rest of the song i guess.

Like the other guy below there, nothing too original with the melody but smoothly and nicely executed. Although the song was long, the melody didn't change very much. But at least nice that you varied the beats and presets and stuff like that! Definitely not one of your best songs, but nice.

the reason the melody is like that is that because thats normally all it is. plus i was having trouble thinking of my own original melodies, so i left them out
