I just checked out some information about Newgrounds at the Help/FAQ page and it turns out that to get to the final level 60, you need 38,640 experience points. If you vote on five submissions every day and get 10 experience points each day, it should take 3864 days to get to level 60. That's the same as nearly 11 years! That's not all, to get the highest rank you need 30,000 protection/BLAM points.

You have to work for it, that's for sure.
